Ashey has been working in the hairdressing industry for seventeen years working in the north of England before joining Burlingtons in 1997. Passionate about hair, Ashley has a thirst for education undertaking numerous courses at advanced level. Constantly working on her artistic skills Ashleys progression has led her to represent Burlingtons artstic team at their award winning photographic shoots. On an educational level Ashely has been involved in shows and seminars and enjoys her role of educating Burlingtons team of assistants

Rachel has been in the hairdressing industry for 9 years. She started her career in Sydney Australia where she gained experience in the world of colour, ranging from basic colour courses to advanced colour and colour correction. Rachel has been with Burlingtons for one year. She has already been involved with numerous shows and seminars world wide with Burlingtons and is working on the AHS in England and Chicago,USA. She has also worked as part of the prestigous World Congress. Rachel has also excelled with her people skills and is a brilliant communicator. She has made very good progress in passing on her knowledge of colour to her assistants and has amazing colour ideas.
