Anna Sorbie, Founder and Director of Anna Sorbie Bridal Hair and Beauty, has enjoyed a successful 17- year career in the industry. An expert in her field, she has a glowing reputation for delivering first class hairdressing and beauty services to brides across the country. From a young age, Anna has had a passion for all things beauty, and following high school, embarked on a course in media make-up and design. During this time she demonstrated a natural flair for bridal make-up, which directed her in her chosen career path. From 2001 to 2004 she trained in one of the top salons in the Lake District, where she acquired her admirable leadership skills. Anna loved the salon environment; meeting and greeting clients and excelled in her role, but her thirst for providing first-class bridal services gave her the courage to position herself as a bridal specialist. In 2007 she launched Anna Sorbie, Bridal Hair and Beauty Specialists (annasorbie.com), a Cumbrian-based consultancy that boasts a talented team of expert stylists and beauticians. Her talented team offer clients a whole host of hair, beauty and pamper packages to suit all bridal and special occasion client needs. The brand is due to celebrate its 10-year anniversary next year, and Anna will mark the occasion with an expansion into bespoke bridal headwear.
