In addition, the role sees him utilising his vast experience in the industry and artistic skills to provide the creative direction for the brand, creating an international advertising and hair trend campaigns that appeal to both hairdressers and consumers alike, as well as reflecting the luxury element of the range.
Hailing from London but now living in Canada, Martin has gained a huge volume of respect in the industry having travelled the world presenting his extensive hairdressing skills to an international audience of literally thousands of hairdressers. In addition, over the last decade he has built up an impressive session styling portfolio and award catalogue, and recently earned himself the hugely competitive title of 'Canadian Session Stylist of the Year 2007'.
Martin is also the co-owner of The Lounge Hair Studio in Vancouver and is passionate about ensuring his salon team is cherished, encouraged and constantly educated to guarantee continual improvement and evolution in techniques. This focus combined with his extraordinary hairdressing skills and charismatic presence has earned the highly successful salon an extensive collection of prestigious industry awards adjudicated by both peers in fashion and beauty and customers.
