Claim to fame: As well as being the Global Ambassador for Balmain Hair where he is in constant demand for teaching, shows and magazine work both in the UK and around the world. He is also Global Ambassador for Schwarzkopf, developing and testing new products and tools. Steven is also Honorary Ambassador for the Hairdressing Council working towards government recognition for compulsory state registration of hairdressers.
Steven was also President for The Fellowship of British Hairdressing the most prestigious of hairdressing bodies in 2008 to 2010. Steven attributes his success to the disciplined training he received as a member of the British Hairdressing World Cup Team.

Speciality: Steven's speciality is creating a ‘cut with a memory' that holds its shape and requires minimum effort. Moving more into session (such as London Fashion Week) Steven also has a forte for beautifully dressed long hair for which he is in constant demand in both teaching and his beautifully choreographed stage presentations. Goldsworthy's attracts a wide-ranging clientele due to the vast range of expertise within the salon. The salon and Steven specialise in colour and re-colour techniques, long hair and hair extensions. He is also called upon for his expert advice by the Hairdressing bodies such as HABIA and the Hairdressing Council.
Media coverage: Steven recently attended the Eurovision Song Contest with Schwarzkopf as one of the official hairdressers to the competitors. He will also judge the Russian Hairdressing Awards where he will also present 2 models alongside other leading UK hairdressers. In the past he has been seen as the expert for the BBC watchdog programme ‘UK's worst' and also appeared on the Channel 4 ‘Faking it', Clothes Show, Fashion TV, UK Living. He is resident Hair Expert for ‘Bella' and ‘Take it Easy' magazines and Hair Doctor in ‘Hair & Beauty' ‘The Good Salon Guide' and for Wiltshire Radio Sound.
