Lisa asks:

I am mixed raced and had very long past breast level length hair when I was younger. Since I had a Relaxer it has started to break off and has never grew back to the original length it just remains at no longer than shoulder length . I have tried everything from growing out the Relaxer to only using heat once a month, deep conditioning. Please help me I love long hair. My roots grow but my ends don�t grow in length, what is happening? Please help! I am getting married and want lovely natural long hair again.

Your name is familiar to me. Anyway, sometimes if you have been using products that cause build up, conditioners are not able to penetrate. Use a good clarifying shampoo followed by moisture and protein based products such as Razzamatazz moisture loc shampoo and tri protein conditioner. Keep heat off your hair for the time being and use a leave in conditioner on the ends to strengthen and protect them

I have quite long hair - and I have curly hair but I want the big long curls at the end but it never comes out well any ideas? Or should I think about hair e-tons with the curls in it?

The best way to get this look is to blow dry straight and then use your flat irons to curl the ends, this will give you the big curls that you want.

I have just bought some Matrix Curl Life defining system for my fine curly hair. I bought the shampoo and the conditioner and contouring milk, I applied a small amount of milk to begin with after shampooing and conditioning. I was very disappointed with the results. I normally use less expensive hair products such as Sunsilk Curls and Waves leave in cream and the results are better. Why is this so?

It could be the consistency of the product that is different. Try using a little more of the product or towel drying a little before you apply the product.
