Providing support to the hair team ensuring the salon is prepared for business and maintaining cleanliness levels throughout the day. Assistance with stock and laundry. Greeting clients and performing backwash duties, ensuring excellent standards of customer service.

Support the styling and colour team to deliver excellence

Maintain standards on shop floor, this includes sweeping floors, tidying, cleaning back wash, sterilizing all styling tools after use

Replenishing stock including styling stations and backwash

Make beverages and support F&B; delivery

Assisting with deliveries including receiving stock, organising stock rooms, cupboards and storage areas

Gown and towel management and assistance with the laundry as required

Greeting clients and informing stylists of client arrivals

Organising, preparing and delivering refreshments
