I would use a hair wax to twist out some little bits to get the bottom the way it looks in the head shot. That makes the look sizzle. I do love it and I think any tri-color hair would look dynamite in this style.

Not easy maintanance at all. Beware. I had it done slightly longer not even an inch and now can do nothing with this hideous cut. Only for those with major hairstyling skills or perfect texture and volume hair.
