Carys asks:
I recently had my hair coloured with random chunks of blonde (my
hair is naturally brown). I also started using the suggested Tigi shampoo and conditioner for coloured hair. Since having this style I have noticed that after washing and drying my hair I get a greasy patch underneath my hair at the back of my head. It is not even in a location where there is a blonde patch. Could you please suggest something to combat this.

I get the feeling that the problem is that the shampoo is perhaps a tiny bit to greasy for your hair type, I would suggest you go back to the hair salon and explain your problem, sometimes if your hair is in a normal to oily condition using a shampoo for dry hair could overload it with to much moisture which could easily make the nape slightly oily
Gina asks:
I have been dying my hair blonde for a long time now and I am
sick of the same colour! I would like different colours of blonde but now all the hairdressers in the salons have said I would have to wait till my colour grows out so please help me.

Colouring your hair really is dependant on the condition. If your hair condition is good we would apply some foil packets of different coloured blonde shades throughout your hair to give your hair more life and also so that it appears that you have more texture in your hair. So if your condition is good we can go ahead!
Pennie asks:
HELP! 6 days ago I had my hair coloured at a salon, this is the third time it has been done in a few months, the same products were used as far as I know. Straight after it was done I had lowlights put in (a shade of red over the dark brown) and now my hair seems LIFELESS and DULL. It has lost its shine! I have not changed my shampoo or my hair products so I am at a loss as to what has happened and would love it if somebody could help me!!

Without seeing your hair I guess the red colour that you had put in was perhaps a bit stronger than what you are used to. Try to change your shampoo and conditioner to a perhaps a stronger richer nourishing products, try the J.F.Lazartigue Moisturizing range its great for restoring the shine in coloured hair
