The PBM Curling irons are an innovative design that allows the user greater control when creating movement within a particular look. The best results achieved with the PBM curling irons is by winding the hair around the barrel of the iron starting close to the scalp and then using the twist control to wind in the ends. Alternative winding techniques may be used at the hairdressers discretion starting in the middle of the section or at the ends.
However it is always necessary to manually wind the hair around the barrel at least once before using the twist control to prevent the hair slipping. The thermostatic control should be used depending on the thickness of hair and the amount of chemical work present.
The Curling iron should be switched off and placed on the heat protective mat when not in use ideally with the metal clamp resting on the matt.
