Ok guys prepare to read a long post cause i really need some help here .
Ok guys so here;s the thing, i have a SHORT hair . its very simple. i want to grow a LONG hair , possibly like this guy here

http://rikasetiati.files.wordpress.com/2013/11/jang-keun-suk.jpg

Until atleast shoulder long . now i know it might take months but i can wait but what i want to know is HOW do i grow my hair like that ?

Do i just let my hair grow without going to the saloon for lets say...6 months ? i have no problem with that but the problem is WHILE im growing my hair i know that my head ( HAIR ) will look very...thick and untidy. is there a way to avoid this ? or is it unavoidable ?
Do i like need to go to the saloon once a month atleast to tell them to do something with my hair so it looks tidy it doesnt interfere with my mission to grow my hair longer like the guy in the link .

Now another question is that i think my hair is damaged . cause after i finish bathing and while drying my hair either with a tower or let it dry naturally when i comb my hair to the side there some hair that sticks out . and when i pull it, it doesnt hurt . i think that its damaged .so how do i fix this .?

By the way guys sorry for my bad english .

That will sound bad but if your hair is so damaged and falls out you should cut it very short... Then it could recover and only then you should start letting them grow. Otherwise, they will probably fall out before they even reach your shoulders :( I'm exaggerating but long, thin hair doesn't look good.

For your first concern, let your hairs grow but growing hairs want more of our attention so give them proper care, do hair spa, apply hair mask, and moisturise them before every wash also be careful that not to wash them so late and not to wash them so early I mean give a wash to your hairs when they demand and they will demand it according to the texture of your hairs plus don't cut them but trim 1 inch them after every 3 -4 months in order to grow them quicker and healthier.

For your second concern first of all STOP STOP and STOP to towel drying your hairs, you can wrap them with towel for 5 mint don't push them hardly and remaining let them dry naturally. Do use of hair dryer but very limited. There may be other causes as well for the damage of hair damage you need to consider them also.

Good luck for your hair growth, Enjoy :)

The most important think is the length of your hair.I have same problem with ymy hair .It was thin and damages also .I have tried various products but did not worked .Now I am using hair extensions from http://www.indianhairstore.com which are made up of 100% human hair which looks nice and I really feel great.

I wash my hair daily with shampoo, hair treatment, conditioner and put some leave on. Do weekly hair treatment with argan oil, keratin and aloe vera.

Hi galls,
I used to have a very sensitive scalp and very dry, damaged hair. It would come out with handfulls and it started to freak me out- big time. I mean...who wouldnt freak out? I decided to give up on my favourite L'oreal products cuz I thought that maybe the chamicals in dyes, shampoos, masks etc are to blame. I started to look for a more natural and mild alternative and was recommended Sanotint products. I've been using them for 1,5 years now ( Sanotint Light, shampoos and masks)and it literally transformed my hair. Their products are quite hard to find in Uk, i order mine from wellnessondemand

Do you want to know how to make your hair grow faster? Eat protein! Not only our outside beauty efforts, massages and sophisticated hair masks are important, but also, if you really want to have thick and beautiful locks, then watch what you eat! Did you know that food can make a tremendous difference in how fast your hair grows? Protein provides a building material for your hair to grow quicker, look healthier and be stronger, as protein is the very stuff that hair is made from, so the more protein you eat, the more your hair can grow; so make sure to include eggs, nuts, fish, chicken, red meats, etc., into your balanced diet. Eat healthy and your hair will say: ‘Thank you!’

Logically I think you need to
1. Repair your hair - I use Pro Naturals Hair Repair System
2. You need to take yourself to a hairdresser, show them what you are aiming for and tell them what you are using to repair your hair and ask them how often you should see them to get a trim and keep the hair in shape whilst still growing it.

Incidentally this is what my son did when he was growing his hair. Good luck
