Dream 60's style
Being a second collection presented this year it focuses on formal hairstyles and brings inspiration for the formal season of balls, proms and other events, which has just began. A new Couture styling product line by Kérastase Paris was used in the new hair collection as the products were previously tried and tested in the Hair Salon Petra Mechurova - already before the new product line's launch this fall. Also Bio Ionic products helped to create the new collection.
All the Creative Team members, Aneta Slavíková, Lenka Jakubová, Falak Sibaiová and Markéta Spoustová, also participate on the Academy Lab Petra Mechurova which shares the experience and know-how of Petra Mechurova and her colleagues with others. The new hairstyles will be part of a new step-by-step workshop (including pictures and video) which is being prepared by the Academy Lab Petra Mechurova.
A big volume created completely by gently waved and back-combed hair that is arranged into an asymmetrical shape where one side of the face remains revealed and the other, on the contrary, is slightly hidden in a flood of tiny wavelets. The hair covers the neck in a subtle way and from both profiles it creates a seducing elegant shape.

In the back section of the head detach/form another triangle of hair. This triangle is set slightly to the left of the head (see picture), later on it will serve as the center of the hair style.

Use a curling iron to form (curl) all the hair.

Use your fingers to tighten the hair in the triangular into a ponytail. Use hair clips to fix two hair paddings (or donut hair paddings) around the ponytail. Now you formed the center of the hair style.

Gradually place the backombed springs of hair onto the padding to form the hair style while fixing it with the Laque Couture hairspray by Kérastase Paris.

Shape and smoothe the hair into the desired hair-style shape using the hairspray and a hair dryer.
