Braided Topsy Tail

Totally on trend hairstyle this summer is the beautiful braids.These cute, easy to achieve and anytime hairstyles are the love of this summers fash pack!Whilst braids are set to take over festival hair for another year we are now seeing the Braided Chignon, the Fishtail Braid and the Boho Rose creeping straight into high street fashion after being all over the spring summer catwalks. This gorgeous Braided-Topsy-Tail hair do by Stephanie Brinkerhoff is a perfect example of our hair look of the moment, follow Stephs simple DIY instructions and with a couple of bobbles, a comb and some grips you will have this style mastered in no time.

1. Begin by sectioning out the hair from your ear forward on one side.
2. On the same side, put the rest of your hair in a low ponytail.

3-5. Turn the ponytail inside out by creating a hole at the base and pushing the end of the ponytail through the hole.

6. Take the section you left out and braid it.

7. Loosen the braid by pulling on small sections with your fingers, making it look messier.
8-9. Tuck the end of the braid down through the hole you created for your inside-out ponytail.

10. Wrap the end of the braid around the elastic to hide it. Secure the end with bobby pins
