How
To Do It! Step
1 - Exfoliate in the bath or shower using St. Tropez Body Polish concentrating
on the elbows, hands, knees, ankles and feet.
Step 2 - Apply St.
Tropez Body Moisturiser to the elbows, knees, ankles and feet.
Step
3 - Applying the Auto-Bronzant.
The Face - the tan can be applied
full strength to the face or custom blended to a lighter shade by mixing the product
in equal proportions with the St. Tropez body moisturiser. The more moisturiser
you use, the lighter the tan will be. Spread the tan/mixture evenly to the face.
Using a mix of tan and moisturiser blend the mixture down towards the collarbone.
Wash your hands.
The Legs - put on a pair of tight fitting latex
gloves to prevent staining of the hands. Apply the Auto-Bronzant with an even
stroking movement finishing at the ankle. Work the tan gently over the area until
it turns into a creamy consistency. Blend the tan into the feet using the Body
moisturiser. With a tissue remove the tan from the toenails. Check that you have
not missed any areas. If you have simply fill in the gaps.
The Mid
Section - Repeat the same as foe the legs, taking the tan up to the neck on
the front and back of your body. Ensure you do not miss any areas.
The
Arms - Apply the product to the other arms finishing at the wrist. Mix the
tan and moisturiser in equal proportions and apply to the inner arm taking to
the wrist.
The Hands - Remove gloves and thoroughly moisturise
your hands. Apply a small amount on tan onto0 the back of one hand and rub together
with the back of the other. Blend the tan into the hands using the moisturiser.
Tissue off tan from the palms and finger nails.
Aftercare
1. The guide colour may look slightly streaky, this is normal. After the
tan has dried gently stroke off any streaks using a soft mit. If you are tanning
in the evening before bed, the buffing is not necessary.
2. Shower
off the guide colour at least 4 hours after the application. The longer you leave
the tan on, the darker the finished result.
3. Use St. Tropez body
moisturiser daily to maintain your tan.
4. Ensure your tan fades evenly.
Exfoliate every other day with St. Tropez Body Polish.
5. In the sun,
use Step 4, St. Tropez Sunscreen. This will not strip off your St. Tropez tan.
6. For a more dramatic, darker look to the face apply St. Tropez Powder
Bronzer.
*For best results, use within 6 months of opening.
