PORTIA DI ROSSI
MEDITERRANEAN DIET | | THE Ally McBeal star has the weirdest food habits of all. She refuses to touch anything with sauce on, and only eats chicken, vegetables and egg whites.
She doesn't like different foods on her plate to touch and often eats from a specially sectioned plate to keep the food apart. Then she eats one food at a time. Her insistence on no sauces has been attributed to the Omis, or Mediterranean diet.
Her only weakness is the cup of coffee.
WHAT THE DIET MEANS
No sauces or dressings on salads or meats. Vegetables served steamed and
very plainly. Diary produce and sweets of all sorts are out of bounds.
DAILY MENU
Breakfast: Scrambled egg whites
Lunch: Steamed vegetables, Diet Coke.
Dinner: Grilled chicken.

IMPORTANT:
The BMI Calculator is only a guideline and should be
treated as such. BMI is only one measure of your health. Body fat percentage,
blood pressure, resting heart rate, cholesterol and other measurements
are at least as important as BMI. You need to get the whole picture.

Find
your ideal weight
WANT to know how much you should weigh?
Then use our great new height / weight calculator.
It's a simple way to find out if you've been piling on the pounds -
or whether you're slim and trim.
Just find your height on the bottom of the table and your weight on
the left hand side.
Then follow the lines upwards and across, and the point where they meet
is your ideal weight.
If the lines meet within the red band then you are in the ideal range
for your height.
If they meet in the orange band it shows you are overweight and the
green band means you weigh less than you should.
There are separate charts for men and women, based on Body Mass Index
(BMI).
