Charles
Worthington is owner and Creative Director of one of the UK’s
most respected hair and beauty companies. Established in 1986,
the company currently comprises five prestigious London salons,
with 100 staff and over 2,000 clients a week. In 1993 he became
London Hairdresser of the Year and in November 1998 he won
the coveted title of British Hairdresser of the Year for the
second time as well as Men’s Hairdresser of the Year. Newcomer
of the Year 1998 was won by Jo Rapley from Charles Worthington.
Charles has also designed, formulated and packaged his own
highly successful haircare and skincare products.

haircare brand. June 1999 saw the launch of No 7 Percy Street, Charles´
flagship concept salon and London headquarters. This beautiful five
storey Georgian building has an incredible sense of space and light

enjoyable and sensorial experience.
Dream Hair, the latest addition to Charles Worthington´s haircare
ranges, was launched in September 1999. This totally new haircare
concept lavishes your hair with the same focused care and attention
traditionally reserved for your skin. Dream Hair is also the first
range to offer a complete beauty routine with the sophistication
and technological innovation to match the most modern, high performance
skincare regime.

Teaching Talent: Charles expands his advisory role for L´Oreal Coiffure,
hosting Advanced Cutting seminars in Dublin, Stockholm and Dusseldorf.
Global educational tours are also carried out across the USA, Austria,
Norway, Thailand and Sweden, whilst local seminars and private teach-ins
take place throughout England, Scotland and Ireland. |
