Allow customers
to book an appointment online automatically with our appointment system.
With the system being live, You can choose which time slots are available
for booking instantly.

to your database listing, when you activate your appointment system,
a button will appear allowing customers to click and book an appointment
with your salon |

| They will be taken
to an online booking form showing them all available appointment slots
in half hour increments. They can simply click on the time that suits
them |

| They will be taken
to a form page where they can enter the relevant data about the appointment
details. When submitted the information will be sent directly to you
via email. You can then telephone them directly to confirm the appointment
and finalise any other requirements |

Administration Section
| Once
enrolled you will be provided with a username and password where you
can log in to your personal administration centre |
|

When you have
logged in you can set your default opening hours so that a customer
will not be able to book an appointment outside of your opening
times.
The Appointment System can then be turned on and off at any
time on the main panel with no loss of data |

| Then
you can remove appointment slots as and when they become busy. Slots
are displayed in half-hour increments and multiple slots can be removed
easily, at one time. For calculations, slots can be reopened at any
time. |

When
closing an appointment slot the details of the booking(s) can be added
to your personal diary to keep a record or even use as an online appointment
book.
Any diary records will be displayed on the main page with a symbol
by the time where the record can be easily accessed and changed or
removed. |

| You
can display all your current diary entries at any time by clicking
on the diary button. Any spent appointments can then be removed if
you wish. |
