| Valentino Garavani designed Princess Madeleine of Sweden’s wedding dress.
The famous designer created the stunning bespoke Valentino Haute Couture gown worn by the 30-year-old royal at her wedding to American businessman Christopher O’Neill at the Royal Palace in Stockholm on Saturday (08.06.13).
The gorgeous white dress was made from silk organdies and ivory Chantilly lace, and features a full skirt with four-metre long train, as well as a six-metre long veil adorned in Chantilly lace flowers and silk tulle around the edges.
The royal completed her look by wearing a royal tiara decorated with fresh orange blossoms.
Valentino said in a statement: "Working with Princess Madeleine has just been so easy. She is a very lovely girl. She is modern, fun, full of energy and enthusiasm and she is so beautiful! It has been a pleasure and an honour."

| Nicole Kidman wore Anne Hathaway’s original Oscars gown to the Cannes Film Festival.
The Australian actress was the picture of elegance at the ’Nebraska’ premiere on Thursday (23.05.13) in a stunning ivory lace Valentino Haute Couture gown, which was originally supposed to be worn to the Academy Awards by Anne in February.
The ’Les Miserables’ actress had chosen the floor-length dress for the event, but changed her mind at the last minute, opting for a pink silk Prada look to pick up her Best Supporting Actress gong instead.
Valentino had announced Anne would be wearing their lace creation prior to the event, so she was later forced to issue an apologetic statement, saying she had discovered someone was due to wear a similar-looking dress.

The 39-year-old supermodel - who can often be seen wearing headgear in various styles - took the crown in an online poll conducted by The Headwear Association (THA) after gaining 40 per cent of the vote, and she was praised for her "impeccable" taste.
The Headwear Association - which promotes hats and headwear awareness worldwide - said: "Kate Moss’ oft-imitated London street style is legendary, and she is well known for her love of hats. Hats off to you, Ms Moss. Your style is impeccable."
Kate narrowly beat off strong competition from singer Bruno Mars, who was a close second with 38 per cent, while Anne Hathaway finished third in the poll - which has previously been won by Britain’s Duchess Catherine (2012), Johnny Depp (2011) and Brad Pitt (2010) - with 14 per cent of the vote.

 | Karl Lagerfeld is teaming up with shoe company Melissa.
Chanel’s creative director has signed up to design four seasons’ worth of enviable footwear for the brand, which is best known for its fashionable jelly shoes.
Paulo Pedo, CEO of Melissa Shoes, told WWD that it was "one of the most exciting collaborations the company has ever seen."
The shoes will be unveiled to the public in March and available to buy from next autumn. Karl’s first capsule collection will be tailored to autumn/winter 2013 trends.
Melissa footwear is no stranger to collaborations, having previously teamed up with iconic designers Vivienne Westwood, Jean Paul Gaultier and Gareth Pugh, as well as Victoria’s Secret model Alessandra Ambrosio.
The shoes are made of 100 per cent recyclable plastic and have been spotted on the likes of Anne Hathaway, Kate Moss and Katy Perry.

The fashion designer called her new handbag ’The Morrison’ as a tribute to
her 15-month-old son, Skyler Morrison Berman.
