| Fergie and Jenna Dewan-Tatum are eating ’healthy and whole foods’ during their pregnancies.
The Black Eyed Peas singer and the ’Step Up’ actress - who are both expecting their first child with their respective husbands Channing Tatum and Josh Duhamel - have been advised by celebrity dietician Kimberly Snyder to stick to healthy foods and not overdo it with "crazy" diets after giving birth, suggesting they focus on their newborns instead.
Kimberly exclusively told BANG Showbiz: "If you go into a pregnancy - as all my clients have, look at Jenna and Fergie - in a healthy state, you still need more calories and more protein and fluoric acid and certain nutrients, but sticking again to the same premise. Healthy foods, whole foods, avoiding any toxic foods or even dairy.

| Fergie has designed a new shade of lipstick for the American Foundation for AIDS Research (amfAR).
The Black Eyed Peas singer has developed the Perfect Pout V.I. Pink lip colour with Wet ’n’ Wild, with around 50 cents of each $3.49 shimmery pink lip colour sold going to the charity.
Fergie - full name Stacy Ferguson - signed up as Wet ’n’ Wild’s global beauty ambassador in March 2012 and the cause is very close to her heart.
She said: "For me, it was really important to have a charitable component to my cosmetics line.
"I did the MAC Viva Glam campaign [in 2008], and I was very inspired by the cause and motivated to do something myself. Wet ’n’ Wild has been amazing, and we’ve really pushed this forward and embraced it with open arms."

The ’London Bridge’ singer - who has teamed up with Wet n Wild for a range
of cosmetics - is not afraid to try new things but likes everything to match her vivacious personality.
She said: "I can do the fun glitters and shimmers on stage, but at the same time I need my classic colours too. Whoever I’m going to be on a given day, I want my make-up to fit."
The Black Eyed Peas star - who has her own perfume - also believes her fans will appreciate her work with Wet n Wild because of the great prices and chic product.
She told People.com: "This is a big deal for me and for my fans. It’s something we both relate to because we both love the colours and we both love the price point."
"We’re taking it a step further. All of the products are going to be very chic. There’s no more all-over-the-place craziness; we’re taking it up a notch."
