Autumn is in the hair!
ALREADY we're seeing the hair magazines, Vogue and the Couture shows filled with what's hot for autumn.
Although it seems we're having an eleventh hour summer so far in September, Autumn is well and truly just around the corner - so here's my favourite looks of what's trending this season.
The bun is still going strong. It's perfect for a windy or wet day and is so simple to do. A quick low, medium or high ponytail in the morning takes minutes. Either opt for a sponge doughnut to give your bun a bit of wow factor, stay classic by just rolling your hair around and back on itself for a ballerina inspired look or go boho by plaiting it before wrapping it around and pinning in place.I will always incorporate plaits/braids into my work but it seems they're really on trend, with Fendi, Gucci and Marc Jacobs just some of the top designers using the styles in their shows. Plaits are so versatile and really lend to how far your imagination can take you. From simple but cute one sided plaits to full head French plaits, fishtails and couture structures! Let your imagination run wild.
