What was your inspiration for the salon?
The inspiration for the salon was to create a beautiful and functional training environment. We decided to keep it all very open and use glass walls between the salon area, the offices, board room, class rooms and seminar studios. This utilises the natural light that pours into the building.
Who is your role model?
Not one particular role model but many hairdressers and business people for varying reasons.
Best moment? (customer base/ award winning/ promotion/ messages/recommendation)?
Best moment is now and being proud and happy at the success of our team.

Best piece of advice anyone has ever given you?
In any decision keep the emotion out of it.
Whats the most important quality you look for in someone joining your team?
Attitude and the passion to learn and win.
What would you like to be known for?
Nurturing and growing people and our Education.
