We interviewed Sean McMenamin from KH Hair
What was your inspiration for the salon?
To create a luxurious environment but with a calm and friendly atmosphere offering premium hairdressing with highly skilled staff.
Who is your role model?
Adrian Jerram - he was my first boss at Keith Hall Hairdressing when I was 17. His passion, style and charisma had a big impact on my career.
Best moment? (customer base/ award winning/ promotion/ messages/recommendation)?
Winning Salon of the Year within the group for the 1st time in 2004 - just over a year after the launch of the salon!
Funniest hairdressing moment?
When a client called "Candy Warhol" arrived at the salon only to actually be Lady GaGa!
Best piece of advice anyone has ever given you?
Go with your gut instinct! The only time it lets me down is when I don’t!
Whats the most important quality you look for in someone joining your team?
Passion, a good work ethic and the desire to work as part of a team.
What would you like to be known for?
Loyal, hardworking and fun.
What couldn't you live without?
Debbie, my wife of 18 years!
