What was your inspiration for the salon?

Who is your role model?
My Dad - he has coached and mentored me throughout my career.
Best moment? (customer base/ award winning/ promotion/ messages/recommendation)?
Within Francesco Group - We have recently re-launched our Classic Cutting Techniques. Which is something that I love teaching. Classic cutting techniques are fundamental to successful career in hairdressing. Personally it would have to be finalising for Midlands Hairdresser of the Year multiple times, it’s a great honour to be recognised amongst my piers within the industry.
Funniest hairdressing moment?
I cut a young boys ear when I was 17. He screamed a lot and his mum fainted. I had to go home after as I felt so upset. Luckily I can say that I haven’t done it again since!!
Best piece of advice anyone has ever given you?
Follow your instincts.
Whats the most important quality you look for in someone joining your team?
Energy, motivation and ambitious, being keen to learn and always wanting to better themselves.
What would you like to be known for?
Moving forward the standards of education and creatively within Francesco Group.
What couldn't you live without?
