A further wedding ceremony took place at the Pan Pacific Hotel in Michaels’ hometown of Vancouver, Canada on 21 May 2011.

Hair: For the religious ceremony in Argentina, her hair was drawn elegantly
away from the face and arranged in cascading curls from the crown, decorated with
tiny pearls. The veil cleverly attached at the back beneath the curls.
For the civil ceremony, her long blonde hair was left loose, in tumbling curls around her shoulders.
For the Canadian ceremony, Luisana’s hair was secured in asymmetric side sweep away from her face and then dressed with cascading curls and loose tendrils. She chose not to wear a veil.
Vows: The couple are exchanging vows three times, in civil and religious
ceremonies in Argentina for the brides family and then later in Vancouver for
the groom’s family.
Dress by: Sylvie Burstin – traditional white fitted bodice with a tiered
skirt made of layers of tulle and ribbon with silk thread embroidery.
Luisana changed into a silk chiffon dress by Marchesa for the evening.
For the Civil ceremony, she wore a lilac chiffon short dress with silver peep toe high heels
For the third ceremony in Canada, the bride chose a cream gown with a beaded bodice, by Argentinean designer Jorge Ibanez. She wore cream shoes by Lonte.
Bouquet: Purple orchids (civil ceremony)
Jewellery: Michael co-designed her engagement ring with jeweller Minichiello
in Vancouver.
Groom’s attire: Dsquared – black tuxedo with bow tie for the religious
ceremony
For the civil ceremony he wore a grey morning suit and grey silk tie.
For the third ceremony in Canada, he chose a Hugo Boss suit.
Reception: Villa Maria Paz, Buenos Aires. Michael performed his hit song
‘Haven’t met you yet’, which he dedicated to his bride. South American singer
Ricardo Montaner provided more musical entertainment for the guests to dance the
night away.

Honeymoon: The couple have chosen to opt out of a lavish honeymoon to instead
head to Africa to undergo charity work for children’s causes.
Number of guests: 300
Engagement: They were engaged for 18 months – Michael proposed to Luisana
in front of her family in Argentina.
Where did they meet? Lopilato, an actress who stars in the hit Argentine
soap opera Atraccion x 4, met Michael after one of his concerts in Buenos Aires
in November 2008.
A friend revealed: ’They met at a party the record company threw for him after his show in Buenos Aires.
’The head of the label wanted to introduce Michael to Argentina’s most famous actress. When he met her, he said it was love at first sight.’
History: This is the first marriage for both of them. Michael previously
dated actress Emily Blunt for 3 years.
Even celebrity weddings have their problems, while Michael and Luisana’s celebrations were in full swing, thieves disabled the alarm in the newly-weds nearby home and burgled them.
So in love he married her three times:
350 of the couple’s family and friends witnessed their third wedding ceremony in Michael’s native Canada. The event took place on 20 May, 2011 at the Pan Pacific Hotel in Vancouver and the bride looked stunning in a cream beaded gown. It was made by Argentinean designer Jorge Ibanez. Luisana also wore cream shoes by Lonte. Michael was dressed in Hugo Boss.
Michael’s Mum, Amber said "I wanted the environment to feel like old time Hollywood - maybe like I imagine a party after the Oscars in the forties. We made the room totally white with white silk walls, which couches, white framed mirrors, white wide screen TV’s and little mirrored tables everywhere."

Michael welcomed all the guests with a speech on the dance floor and thanked his wife’s family who flew in from Argentina. The couple danced the night away with family and 350 other invited guests. |
