As Official Haircare Sponsor to London Fashion Week, TONI&GUY; now in its eighth successful season have worked to create the hair for no less than 16 shows - including Giles Deacon, English Eccentrics and Avsh Alom Gur, using only label.m - the professionals choice.

Here's a look at some of the great fashion and hair creations from the event. The latest styles and designs revealed with an interesting insight into the thinking behind the fashionista's parade.

London Fashion Week - Designer: Gavin Douglas


Head of Team: Jan Przemyk

Collection
: Tailored and fitted with strong silhouettes, with a vampish, high fashion feel. Muted colours of black and grey with a gothic appeal.

Hair Inspiration: Vampiress, Elvira meets Hammer House of Horror.

Get the look: The hair was wet set with large rollers using label.m Style and Straight Spray to hold the shape; the hair was then carefully brushed out and lacquered into a helmeted silhouette.

Session kit: Rollers, hood dryer, pintail comb, pin curl clips.

London Fashion Week Show - Designer: Georgina Harley Smith



Collection: Inspired by nature the collection was full of beautiful bottle greens and earthy tones, encapsulating natural femininity.

TONI&GUY; Head of Team: Gary France

Show Inspiration: Witches of the forest. Session Kit? A good pair of hands!

Look Created: A dishevelled, naturally messy look. Hair was put into a defined middle parting and small sections were then tightly plaited and flat ironed. After the plaits had set, the hair was brushed out and teased into a voluminous shape, with extra lift created at the root.

London Fashion Week Show - Designer: Inbar Spectar


Collection: Camden couture, heavy fabrics elegantly draped, fused with multiple zips and gothic silhouettes. A muted colour palette of off white, intense black.

Show Inspiration: Gothic couture with a hint of religion!

Session Kit? Crimpers, hair extensions, sewing kit.

Look Created: Hair is scraped into a high pony tail leaving loose hair at the sides. The pony tail is crimped and formed into a small tight shape and fastened with a needle and thread. The sides are then twisted into a two stem twist plait.

London Fashion Week Show - Designer: Qasimi


Collection: Joan Crawford, with a real 1920's glam feel. A sombre colour palette of soft whites, chic greys and heavy black. Fluid and textured materials, complimenting the natural feminine and masculine silhouettes.

Session Kit?
Pintail comb for perfected lines are a must!

Look Created: 1920's decadence, hair was combed into a low side parting leaving out the front section. The front section was then finger waved, whilst the rest of the hair was sculpted into an offset chingnon to the left. The finish was glassy and luxurious.

Key Products: A re-mix of label.m Gel, label.m Relaxing Balm, label.m Hairspray and label.m Shine Spray.

London Fashion Fashion Week - Designer: Loannis Dimitrousis



Head of Team: Tim Fursedon

Collection: Eye opening colour and lots of pizzazz - fluorescent blues and pinks with a clever blend of textures, such as chiffon and silk.

Show Inspiration
: Renaissance meets ethnic beauty.

Get the look:
A soft, homemade, feminine up-do. Hair was sculpted into a tight ponytail and loosely looped into a 'top knot' and secured with pins.

London Fashion Week Show - Designer: Aganovich


Collection: Dramatic and powerful, structured tailoring fused with fluid materials and textures, working with a palette of sombre blacks and greys.

TONI&GUY; Head of Team: Efi Davies

Show Inspiration: A self assured woman with a hint of vulnerability

Session Kit? Pins, grips for plenty of hold.

Look Created: Working to create a strong and structured silhouette, focusing on the back of the hair to demonstrate bold shape with a contrasting rough textured front. A Copious amount of label.m Volume Mousse was applied to achieve movement through texture. The back of the hair was then rolled inwards and secured whilst the front section was messily texturised - a two tone effect.

London Fashion Week Show
- Designer: Nico D


Collection: A very wearable and structured collection with close attention to detail - tailored and figure hugging with chic and understated colours.

TONI&GUY; Head of Team: Tim Fursedon

Show Inspiration: Tribal meets 90's glam, high shine and simplistic texture.

Session Kit? Grooming brush, pin tail comb.

Look Created: Tight pony tail secured high on top of the crown coated with generous amounts of label.m gel to leave a sleek, seamless silhouette. Hair was then looped and pinned into place to achieve a tribal finish.

London Fashion Week Show - Designer: Avsh Alom Gur


Collection:
Ethnic 1920's, earthy and organic colours - out of Africa. A mixture of textures, cardboard corsetry, fluid chiffon and dyed fur, creating a unique and originally inspired collection.

TONI&GUY; Head of Team: Jan Przemyk

Show Inspiration: Tribal African meets 1915 Southern US - Sunday's best.

Session Kit? Pins and grips, wrapping tape, diffuser.

Look Created: Personalised hair, Twenty's finger waves, graphic mother-in-law up do's. Finger waves were placed throughout the hair and then the length was pinned using horizontal roll techniques for a classy feel.

Key Products: Model.Me Jamelia Pomade, Jamelia Blow-dry Spray, label.m Soft Wax, label.m Hairspray, label.m Shine Mist.

London Fashion Week Show
- Designer: Giles Deacon


TONI&GUY; Head of Team: Samantha

Show Inspiration: Very self assured with undertones of S&M;

Session Kit? Heat, ghd iron's, hair extensions and lots of elastic!

Look Created: Two looks:

1. Hair was sculpted into a tight pony tail on the crown, hair extensions were put in for extra body and length. Parts of the pony tail were taken in sections and ¾ fish plaits were bound in. A very strong and structured finish.

2. Hair was placed in a pony tail below the crown and then wrapped around to achieve a small tight shape. The amazing milliner Steven Jones then took chiffon scarves in tones of soft grey, white and black and wrapped into the base of the pony tail.

London Fashion Week Show - Designer: Peter Pilotto



Collection: An eclectic layering of fabrics and splattered prints inspired by the traveller - flowing elegant tunics and dresses accompanied by hoods and tight fitting knitwear.

Show Inspiration: Travel - inspiration from around the world.

Session Kit? Large Paddle Brush, Hair Elastics.

Look Created: Simple unfussy chignons, hair scraped back fully off the face with a matt finish.

Key Products: label.m Sea Salt Spray, label.m Volume Mousse and label.m Dry Shampoo.

Sum up Quote: A very neat but soft look, to not over complicate an eclectically busy collection.


London Fashion Week Show - Designer: Nicola De Main



Collection: A Playful, youthful collection reminiscent of a child's dressing up box. Pretty smock and pinafore dresses worn with knee and ankle socks, oversized coats, collars and glasses.

TONI&GUY; Head of Team: Tim Furssedonn

Show Inspiration: 1960's/1980's inspired b-hive. Think Buffalo girls crossed with Bananarama - a semi-grown up playful feel.

Session Kit? Heated Rollers, Grooming Brush.

Look Created: A modern take on the beehive - youthful unfinished volume with definition through the ends of the hair keeping the finish soft and pretty, complimented by oversized bow head bands!

London Fashion Week Show
- Designer: Spijkers en Spijkers


Collection:
A voluminous and fluid collection with elegant silhouettes and a colour palette of golden green, metallic magenta and nude.

TONI&GUY; Head of Team: Tracey Cahoon

Show Inspiration: Scarlet O'Hara, a period look with a contemporary twist.

Session Kit? TONI&GUY; Cushion Brush, pins and grips.

Look Created: Rough dried hair with copias amounts of volume mousse to achieve a modern texture. Using a soft cushion brush the hair was back combed and pinned at the nape. In sections the hair was taken and rolled inwards and secured to leave an elegant period style shape. To modernise, the hair was textured at the crown and sides.
