The 27th Alternative Hair Show on Sunday 19th October at the Royal Albert Hall is selling out fast. Already all the tickets for the arena seats have been sold and other seats are selling fast too….. So if you’d like to be part of this remarkable international event, our advice is to get your tickets now!
Seats are still available in the stalls, as well as private loggia boxes.

VISIONARY AWARDS - EXTENDED DEADLINE!

After several enquiries from abroad, and in the true international spirit of the event, Anthony Mascolo, has decided to allow international hairdressers to enter the Alternative Hair Visionary Award.
For this reason, the deadline has been extended until, September 5th.
The VISIONARY AWARD is a special photographic competition that embraces artistic hairdressers and recognises their talent and vision. It is a great opportunity for salons to become involved with the charity and especially to have the opportunity of appearing with their model on stage at the magnificent Royal Albert Hall. |  |
This year’s show is particularly exciting as it celebrates the 80th birthday of Alternative Hair Patron, Vidal Sassoon.
Entrants are asked to submit one 10” x 12” image that has been inspired by the work of Vidal Sassoon. From the entries received, 10 hairdressers will be invited to recreate their idea and to appear on stage at the Alternative Hair Show at the Royal Albert Hall on Sunday October, 19th, 2008.
(NB: The photograph does not need to be exclusive to the Visionary Award.)
The winner of the Visionary Award Competition 2008 will be announced at the Show on October 19th, and will also be invited to take part in the following year’s Alternative Hair Show.

An entry fee of £30 is payable. This will go directly to Leukaemia Research. Please enclose a cheque payable to ‘Leukaemia Research’
