Many
additives contain sodium - watch out for monosodium glutamate, sodium
bicarbonate and sodium saccharin. It is the sodium part of salt
which is bad for us.
There are low- sodium salt products on the
market which can help to wean you off full sodium salt, hopefully
on the way to giving it up.
Sea salt, although it does contain traces of some minerals that
you don't find in regular salt, is in no way a better choice for
health benefits.
