This
bright little soul's smile can light up a room during these dark winter
days. 17 months after becoming a mum, pop star Emma Bunton is in great
shape. She started training for the Spice Girls' reunion tour, just
2 months after her lovely son was born. Her skin and hair glow with
health and her eyes sparkle. The secret is not a faddy, quick
fix diet, but a combination of sensible eating and regular exercise.

Research reveals 30 Million Brits* are determined to be healthier
