I'm really loving my Leighton Denny products at the moment. My nails seem to have been in super condition and looking better than ever since I've been using Leighton's products.

Leighton himself is a multi-award winning nail technician to the big celebs and his products are multi award winning too. His crystal nail files are stars in their own right and far superior to tatty, damaging emery boards.

They're not cheap but if you invest money in your manicures and nail colours then they really are an investment buy. Instead of tearing and snagging the nails as emery boards do, the double sided file gently turns the nail to dust to leave a neat, perfectly smooth edge.
And if your cuticles are dry like mine, then his Slick Tips cuticle conditioner is a must. Apply over your favourite nail colour, it softens and moisturizes the cuticle and skin around the edges of the nails and helps to 'seal' your manicure.

I think his varnish remover is one of the best on the market and although some of his more vibrant colours are a little 'loud' for me, he does have a gorgeous range of neutrals that will appeal to those of us who have a feminine, natural look.

You can't open a newspaper or magazine it seems at the moment without coming across rave reviews for Lulu's Time Bomb range of skin care.

I must admit, I haven't tried it yet, but I am impressed with its quality list of ingredients many of which are known to be crucial in the anti-ageing stakes.

With rave reviews from Sharon Osborne to Cheryl Cole. I think it's about time I got my hands on some.

Do remember that during really hot weather wearing perfume can become a problem. It's not advisable to spray fragrance directly onto the skin at this time of the year as the sun can cause a reaction which may result in redness, blotchiness and rashes, especially in the exposed dιcolletι area.

Also the heat can 'sour' your fragrance on the body, turning it from pleasant to unpleasant pretty quickly. If you do want to wear a perfume in the heat of the
day, try spraying at the nape of the neck or directly onto the inside of clothing (not white fabrics though as staining can occur) or better still, use your favourite fragrance in body lotion form which will delicately fragrance the skin and stay truer for longer.
